One price a month. Your ad budget isn’t part of it.

Everything below is what we actually charge, read from the same place the invoice reads it from. No number on this page is typed by hand.

$799

Per month · Growth

Up to two counties, or roughly a million people. Your build is included with no setup fee.

What’s in it

Your website and hosting. Google and Meta ads, managed. Landing pages built for the campaigns rather than pointing traffic at your homepage. Local SEO. A monthly report. Support by ticket, answered inside one business day.

What isn’t

Your ad budget. You set the amount, your card sits on your own Google and Meta accounts, and they bill you for exactly what ran. We never see it, hold it, or take a percentage of it.

Growth+ is $1,099 a month

For three counties or more. More landing pages, more creative, a bigger footprint.

If you only want a website.

We’ll build you one and it’s a good one. A site on its own just isn’t what this company is for, and we’d rather say that than sell you the cheapest thing on the list.

$299 to build, then $49 a month

A site and hosting on a twelve month term. Paid annually it’s $499.

$899 to build it and hand it over

No hosting and nothing recurring. We do the DNS cutover, check it loads from outside our own network, then send you what changed at your registrar and where the files live. After that it’s yours to run and we don’t maintain it. It costs more because the hosting is what made the other one cheap.

One company per trade, per market

Find out if your market is still open.

If somebody in your trade is already with us in your city, we can’t take you on, and we’d rather tell you that now than after a call. If nobody is, it’s yours.

More trades coming soon. If yours isn’t here yet, email us and we’ll tell you where it sits.

The terms, in the words we’d use out loud.

Ninety days to start. Ads need roughly that long before the numbers mean anything, so a shorter run would tell you nothing and cost you the same. We’d rather say it here than have you find it in a contract.

Then month to month. Nothing auto-renews on the program. Renewal is offered, never assumed.

Cancelling is a date, not a notice period. Cancel by the 20th and you’re not billed for the following month. There’s no thirty days’ notice clause and nothing to argue about.

Service runs to the end of the period you paid for. Giving notice doesn’t take your site down that afternoon.

You keep everything. Domain, ad accounts, Google listing, Facebook page, leads, and every file with your name on it. During, and after.

We bill on the 25th for the following month, and send an itemised notice on the 15th so nothing on the statement is a surprise.

The full version is on the terms page. It is the actual agreement, not a summary of one.

What this replaces.

Five things, and almost nobody sells them together. A website and somewhere to host it. Somebody running Google ads. Somebody running Meta ads. Landing pages built for the campaigns instead of pointing paid traffic at a homepage. And the local SEO underneath all of it.

Bought one at a time that is a website project, a hosting bill, and two separate retainers, each with its own invoice and its own person to chase. Hire instead and a marketing coordinator starts around $50,000 before payroll tax and benefits, which is more than $4,000 a month for one person who still cannot build you a website. That figure you can check in a minute, which is why it is the only outside number on this page.

We are not going to tell you what an agency would quote you, because we would be guessing and you would be right not to believe it. Go and get a quote. Ask them two things while you are there: whether the website is included, and what percentage of your ad spend they keep. Then put it next to this page.
