Your whole marketing department.
Only $799 a month.

For contractors looking to grow: website, Google and Meta ads, landing pages and local SEO. An agency charges more than this for any one of them, and hiring someone in house costs more again. We never take a cut of your ad budget.

We’ll score your site, then show you how it stacks up against the best-rated companies in your town.

One company per trade, per town.

While you’re with us we turn your competitors away. It isn’t generosity. Two plumbers bidding the same words in the same city drive each other’s costs up, and you’d be the one paying for it. So we sell your trade in your town once.

How you check it

Ask us who else we work with in your city. We’ll tell you.

It’s a constraint in our database, not a policy someone remembers. The system refuses the second signup.

Check whether your market is open before you talk to anybody here.

Your ad budget goes straight to Google. It never comes through us.

Most agencies run your ads out of their own account and keep a percentage of what you spend, so the more of your money they spend, the more they make. We bill our fee and nothing else.

How you check it

Your card sits on your own Google and Meta accounts, in your name.

Log in tonight and count every dollar that went out. You never have to take our word for it.

No percentage of ad spend. Not now, and not above some threshold later.

Why it costs a fraction of an agency.

Because we cut the two most expensive things an agency sells you, and neither of them is the work.

Where the money goes instead

No account manager. You send a ticket and it is answered inside one business day, by somebody who fixes it rather than somebody who makes you feel better about waiting.

AI does the volume work: the first drafts of ad copy, the landing pages, the reporting, the search terms nobody has time to read. A person reviews everything before it goes live.

That is the whole trick. Same work, far less of it done by hand, and none of it billed as a percentage of your spend.

Your accounts stay yours. The site you can buy.

Your domain, your ad accounts, your Google listing, your Facebook page and every lead that comes in are yours and always were. We work on access you grant us.

And the part most people skip

The website is a build we host. If you leave and want to keep it, you buy it, and both prices are published rather than invented at the exit.

We would rather tell you that now than at the moment you are already annoyed with us.

Revoke our access to everything else in two clicks. It is all in the terms.

$799

Per month · Growth

Your website is included in that, with no setup fee. If yours is costing you calls, it’s usually where we start.

What’s in it

Your website and hosting, Google and Meta ads managed properly, landing pages built for the campaigns, local SEO, and a monthly report you can actually read.

What isn’t

Your ad budget. You set the amount and pay Google and Meta directly. We never see it.

Growth+ is $1,099 a month

For three counties or more. More landing pages, more creative, a bigger footprint.

The terms, plainly

Ninety days to start, because ads need about that long before the numbers mean anything. Then month to month, and nothing auto-renews. Cancel by the 20th and you’re not billed for the next month. All of it in detail.

Does it work

Before I sold this to anyone, I ran it on my own company.

I’m Zach Skypeck. MCMX Remodeling is my own company and it runs on Spotlight, on the same plan at the same price anyone else would pay. Last spring it had no bathroom division. We built one on paid ads and landing pages, and I tracked which calls turned into booked jobs instead of counting clicks.

$12,000$240,00020x

Ad spend to booked work, ramp included, against the 3x to 5x agencies typically report. One business, one market, run by the person who built this. Not a promise about yours.

Things we’re not going to tell you.

Nobody can promise you a number of leads. Ranking and ad placement are auctions we don’t control, so we won’t promise those either, and neither should anyone who has pitched you.

Our lead count is also going to read lower than what Google and Meta report, and not by a rounding error. Some browsers forget a visit after about a week. Plenty of people tap an ad on a phone and then fill the form on a laptop, which only the platform can join up. We show you both numbers and tell you which is which. We’d rather undercount our own work than claim a lead we can’t show you.

Straight answers.

How many other companies in my trade do you work with locally?

None, and that is the deal. One company per trade per market for as long as you are a client. It is not generosity: two of you bidding on the same words in the same city drives both your costs up, and you would be paying for it.

Do you take a cut of my ad spend?

No. Your card sits on your own Google and Meta accounts and they bill you directly for exactly what ran. We invoice our fee and nothing else, so you can check every dollar without asking us for anything.

Do I own the ad accounts?

Yes, and the domain, the Google listing, the Facebook page and every lead that comes in. We work on access you grant us and you can take it back in two clicks. We used to do it the other way round and changed it on 20 August; the reasoning is on the terms page.

I already have a website I do not hate. Can I keep it?

Yes, and the price does not change. One thing gets worse and you should know it up front: when we do not host the site, an ad click stops being credited to us after about a week on an iPhone instead of 90 days. Your ads work exactly the same. We just see less of what they did.

Who do I contact when something breaks?

You send a ticket and it is answered inside one business day. There is no account manager, and that is part of why this costs what it does. Problems go to something that fixes them instead of somebody whose job is making you feel better about waiting.

What if it does not work?

Ninety days is the commitment, and after that it is month to month, so past the first three months the most you are ever risking is the next one. Cancel by the 20th and you are not billed again. Your domain, your accounts, your leads and every file with your name on it stay yours either way, so you do not leave empty-handed. We would rather you left than stayed annoyed.

Start with your market.

We score your site out of 10 on the six things that decide whether somebody calls you, then show you how that sits next to the best-rated companies in your town. It comes back in a couple of days, and if you never speak to us again, keep it.

Example of the scale. Yours comes back with the reasons behind it.

We’ll score your site, then show you how it stacks up against the best-rated companies in your town.
