Why homeowners pick Marigold.
One team, start to finish
The person who quotes your project is the person who runs it. No handoffs to a sub you've never met.
A fixed price, up front
You approve an itemized quote before demo day. If something needs to change, you hear it from us first, in writing.
Finish work we stand behind
Tile, trim, and paint are where remodels get sloppy. That's exactly where we slow down and get it right.
“They redid our kitchen and a bathroom and the crew was genuinely kind to have in the house. Showed up on time, cleaned up every day, and the tile work is perfect.”
“We got three bids and Marigold was the only one who actually listened to what we wanted. The finished basement came in on schedule and looks better than the photos they first showed us.”

How long does a kitchen or bath remodel take?+
Most bathrooms run two to four weeks and kitchens four to eight, depending on scope and materials. You get a real schedule before we start, not a guess.
Do you help with design, or do I need my own?+
We design in-house. Bring a Pinterest board or a rough idea and we'll turn it into a plan, a materials list, and a fixed price.
Will I know the full cost before you start?+
Yes. You approve an itemized, fixed quote before any demo. No surprise change orders unless you ask us to change something.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Licensed #TN-RB-EXMPL.
